Juice Cleanse is based on a solely liguid diet so make sure you consult your doctor before. You should never cleanse if you are pregnant, diabetic or nursing or have a thyroid disease or glucose intolerance or recently had a trauma or surgery. Only adults should cleanse. Our nutmilks contain nuts (almonds and cashews) If you are allergic to them, please let us know and we will replace it with another drink. Cleansing should not be done in a period of your life when you are physically, emotionally and mentally active. Cleanses must be kept short and controlled. Never aim to do more than your body can handle, as we've told before, it's not about deprivation and starvation.
Cleansing after a period of over-indulgence, will restart your metabolism, clean your system, give you energy, cure bloating and make you feel vibrant.
But, for a more effective result, it is important to start to eating clean couple days before your cleanse. Try to avoid dairy, gluten, red meat, sugar, artificial and processed food. Drink plenty of water and eat lots of raw fruits and vegetables. If you have a weak digestion, steaming or baking them could be a better idea. Start drinking juices or smoothies as a meal or in between meals couple days in advance to get your body ready for cleansing .
Don't schedule your cleanse on a busy and stressful day. You should be able to get plenty of rest.
Make sure there's enough space in your fridge for your bottles.
During your Cleanse
When you get one of our cleanses, 6 bottles of 500 ml of goodness will be delivered on your delivery day between 08:00 - 10:00 (2 boxes of 12 bottles will be delivered at once for a 2 day cleanse. A 3 day cleanse will be delivered in 2 parts - 2 boxes of 12 bottles on the morning of the first day and 1 box of 6 bottles on the morning of your third day). All Jujus are pressed daily with all natural produce and no additives. They should be kept refrigerated at all times. Shake well before drinking.
Drink plenty of water during your cleanse. You can drink herbal tea and a veggie soup too. (If you feel like cheating, you can eat a salad, cut up cucumbers, boiled veggies, veggie soup, nuts etc.)
You should drink your Jujus once in no more than 2 hours, in the recommended order:
08:00 – 10:00
1- Yeşil Aşkına 1: Kale, Lettuce, Parsley, Spinach, Cucumber, Celery, Apple, Kiwi, Lemon, Ginger
10:00 – 12:00
2- Köklere Dönüş 1: Carrot, Cucumber, Lemon, Grape Seed Oil, Ginger
12:00 – 14:00
3- Köklere Dönüş 2: Beet, Pear, Apple, Lemon, Ginger
14:00 – 16:00
4- Bahar Uyandıran: Pineapple, Green Apple, Mint, Lemon
16:00 – 18:00
5- Yeşil Aşkına: Kale, Lettuce, Parsley, Spinach, Cucumber, Celery, Apple, Kiwi, Lemon, Ginger
18:00 – 20:00
6- Tropik Canlanma 1: Almond, Vanilla, Date, Cinammon, Water
You can go on a walk, attend a light yoga class but don't exhaust yourself with a heavy work out.
After your Cleanse
What you decide to put into your body will shape your nutrition habits and health more than your cleanse. You opened up a blank, new page so you should try to keep it clean for as long as you can:) Just like you did before cleansing, try to limit your intake of processed foods and make sure you drink your greens, eat your veggies and stay hydrated.
